Contest Rules - Winble Subscription & Juventus Jersey

Article 1 Organiser and Nature of the Action

Winble, operated by Bleu Blanc Pay, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 50,000 EUR, having its registered office at 59 Avenue Marceau, 75116 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 865 878 (hereinafter, the “Company” or the “Organizer”), offers, depending on the package chosen:

an annual subscription giving access to the Winble universe;

access to a Fan Zone featuring exclusive content, community events,

competitions, prize draws, experiences, prizes or benefits related to the relevant sporting, cultural or community sphere;

access to partner services, particularly in the fields of sport, wellness, coaching, media, digital content, or any other service listed in the offer;

access to vouchers redeemable with partner retailers or merchants;

the benefit, subject to the terms of the applicable programme, of cashback credited to a user pot and which may be paid out to the User in accordance with the terms set out herein;

the provision of a Winble connected wristband, where included in the subscribed offer;

access, via the Winble wristband, to certain connected, emotional and community features and, where available and activated, to compatible payment features.

The Service consists of separate modules, which may be provided immediately, as an option, at a later date or subject to eligibility, technical, territorial and regulatory availability, and contractual agreements with the relevant third parties.

The Winble offer is rolled out on a phased basis. Certain services, features, benefits, partners, content, and rewards.

In order to promote its platform and increase user engagement, the Company organizes a free promotional action without any purchase obligation, entitled "Winble Subscription & Jersey" (hereinafter, the "Action"), accessible on its Website and relayed, for promotional purposes only, on its social media channels.

From among all valid participants, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw, in accordance with the conditions set out in these rules. The winner will receive one (1) official Juventus home football jersey from the 2026 season, and one-year Wible Subscription. The jerseys will be awarded subject to availability. If the prizes listed are unavailable, the winner(s) will receive a prize of equivalent value.

The Action is neither organized, sponsored nor administered by Instagram or Facebook. The data collected in the context of the Action is not intended for, collected by, or transmitted to www.instagram.com, www.facebook.com, or any entity belonging to the Meta Platforms group.

Article 2 Territorial Scope

The Action is open exclusively to residents of the following countries:

France

Italy

Spain

Portugal

UK

Germany

USA

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by participants, in particular with regard to their country of residence, at any time, and notably at the stage of prize delivery.

Any participant who provides false, inaccurate or misleading information regarding their eligibility may be excluded from the Action and, where applicable, forfeit the prize.

Article 3 Requirements and Mechanics of Participation

Participation is open to any person who:

is at least 18 years old at the time of participation,

resides in one of the eligible countries listed in basis 2,

Employees of the Organizer, its service providers involved in the Action, and members of their households are excluded.

Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of the draw will be excluded from the Action.

Any participation carried out in breach of these Legal Bases, the participation mechanics or the conditions shall be deemed invalid and may result in the exclusion of the participant from the Action.

Article 4 Participation Period

The Action will begin on June 18, 2026, at 11:01 a.m. and end on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (Paris time).

Registrations submitted after the closing date will not be taken into account.

Article 5 Selection of Winners

At the end of the entry period, the prize draw will be conducted in a fair, random and traceable manner. The Organizer will draw one (1) winner and at least three (2) alternate winners. The Organizer will keep a record of the drawing, including the date, method and results. In the event that a winner renounces the prize, fails to comply with these Legal Bases, or cannot be contacted within the time limit specified in the notification, the prize shall be awarded to the first eligible person on the reserve list, and so on.

The Organizer shall record the results of the draw, including the identification of the winners and, where applicable, a list of reserve participants, in order of priority.

In the event that a winner renounces the prize, fails to comply with these Legal Bases, or cannot be contacted within the time limit specified in the notification, the prize shall be awarded to the first eligible person on the reserve list, and so on.

Where no eligible participant is registered during the participation period, the draw shall not take place, and the Action shall be automatically cancelled.

Where the number of eligible participants is less than or equal to the number of prizes to be awarded, all such participants shall automatically be designated as winners and awarded the corresponding prizes, without any drawing being required.

Where the number of eligible participants exceeds the number of prizes to be awarded, a draw shall be carried out exclusively among participants who have correctly registered for the Action in accordance with these Legal Bases (the “Participants”). Any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements shall be excluded from the draw.

By participating in the Action, Participants expressly accept these Legal Bases and acknowledge that, in the event of being designated as winners, they will be notified by email. Such notification shall constitute valid evidence of the Organizer’s communication for all legal purposes.

Article 6 Prizes

The prizes awarded as part of the Action consist exclusively of goods, as follows:

One (1) official Juventus Home football jersey corresponds to the 2026 season.

One-year (1) Winble Subscription

The winner will receive one (1) official Juventus Home football jersey, subject to availability, and one-year (1) Winble Subscription. If the prizes listed are unavailable, the winner will be awarded a prize of equivalent value.

The prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, replaced or converted into cash or any other consideration, nor give rise to any contestation.

Acceptance of the Prize

The winner will be contacted via a private message on Instagram.

Each winner must provide an express response, prior to the delivery of the prize, indicating either:

i. acceptance of the prize, or

ii. renunciation of the prize.

Such response must be sent within ten (10) days from the date of notification.

In the event of acceptance, the winner shall provide the information strictly necessary for the delivery of the prize, including full name, postal delivery address and telephone number.

Renunciation or Lack of Response

Failure to respond within the ten (10) days period shall be deemed an express renunciation of the prize, without any formality being required.

In the event of express renunciation or non-acceptance of the prize, the prize may not be exchanged for another product or for its cash value, and the status of winner shall be transferred to the next eligible participant on the reserve list, if any, who shall be notified under the same conditions.

Delivery

The Organizer shall send the physical prize to the postal address provided by the winner and shall bear all shipping costs.

Article 7 Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation:

technical failures or malfunctions of the Website, servers, software or communication networks;

Internet disruptions, network congestion or interruptions affecting access to or participation in the Action;

force majeure events as defined by applicable law;

delays, losses or errors attributable to third-party service providers, including postal or delivery services;

fraudulent participation attempts, including the use of false identities, automated systems, or any method intended to circumvent the rules of the Action.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, whether direct or indirect, material or immaterial, suffered by participants as a result of participation in the Action, including, without limitation, damage to computer equipment, software, data or connectivity.

The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, shorten, extend or cancel the Action, in whole or in part, in the event of technical issues, fraud, force majeure or any other circumstance likely to compromise the proper functioning, fairness or integrity of the Action, without any compensation being due to participants.

Any attempt to manipulate, bypass or undermine the rules of the Action, or to interfere with its proper conduct, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant concerned and, where applicable, the forfeiture of any prize.

Article 8 Personal Data – GDPR

Data Controller

Bleu Blanc Pay, acting as the Organizer of the Action, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data collected in the context of participation in the Action and acts as Data Controller within the meaning of applicable data protection regulations.

Nature, Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

In the context of participation in the Action, the Organizer may collect and process certain personal data relating to participants (the “Personal Data”).

The categories of personal data collected are: last name, first name, email address, phone number and mailing address (if applicable) for prize delivery.

Personal Data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

The Personal Data collected is processed exclusively for the purposes of:

Personal Data shall not be used for any purposes other than those expressly set out above, and in particular shall not be used for commercial prospecting or marketing purposes, unless the participant has provided prior, specific, informed and separate consent.

Mandatory nature of data collection

In the context of this process, failure to provide all data marked as mandatory will result in participation in the Game being deemed invalid.

Automated decision-making

This process does not involve automated decision-making.

Recipients of Personal Data

Personal Data may be disclosed only to:

duly authorized personnel of the Organizer;

external service providers acting on behalf of the Organizer and involved in the technical, administrative or logistical organization of the Action and the delivery of the prizes.

Such service providers act solely on documented instructions from the Organizer and are contractually bound to process the Personal Data exclusively for the purposes defined herein and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

International Transfers

Where strictly necessary for technical or operational purposes, Personal Data may be processed by service providers located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

In such cases, the Organizer ensures that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the execution of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or equivalent legal mechanisms.

Data Retention

Personal Data shall be retained only for the duration necessary to organize and manage the Action and to comply with the Organizer’s legal obligations.

Upon completion of these purposes, Personal Data shall be deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Security

Security measures are implemented in accordance with Bleu Blanc Pay's security policy.

Rights of Participants

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, participants have the following rights:

Right to request the erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR)

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR)

Article 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Legal Bases and the Action are governed by French law, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory provisions offering greater protection that may be applicable under the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or execution shall be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction provided for by European Union law and, where applicable, by the law of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence.

Article 10 Communications of the Action

Information relating to the Action, including its mechanics and participation process, shall be made available on the official Winble digital channels, including the website https://join.winble.com, and may be relayed on the Organizer’s social media channels for informational and promotional purposes only.

Article 11 Availability of the Rules

These rules are available for free on the website throughout the duration of the Contest.

They may also be sent to anyone who submits a written request to the Organizer at the mailing address or email address indicated in Article 1.
